Shannon Malkin Daniels
FOUNDER, SPEAC SUCCESS
Shannon Malkin Daniels is a Public Speaking & Authenticity Coach who’s passionate about helping business owners and professionals find their true voice and share their stories with confidence. She knows firsthand the struggle of being in environments that push you to conform—having grown up in highly-regulated corporate settings where she was conditioned to speak, dress and act in a certain way. But when she transitioned to entrepreneurship, Shannon realized that despite her polished presentation skills, something was missing. She wasn’t making genuine connections. It wasn’t until Shannon fully embraced her authentic self—quirks, unique perspective, and all—that she started building those deep, meaningful connections. Inspired by this transformation, she founded SPEAC Success to help others do the same. Her mission? To empower people to communicate with heart, create real connections and lead with authenticity. With over a decade of coaching experience, Shannon also works with organizations to develop their employees' communication skills, fostering a culture where authenticity thrives. As a professional speaker and TEDx speaker, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her work, drawing from her time teaching at Columbia and Iona Universities and her master’s degree in interpersonal communication from the University of Central Florida.
Sarah Santana
CONNECTION COORDINATOR
Sarah is a proud Connecticut native, shaped by the values of hard work, resilience and community. Her journey began with dreams of the stage, pursuing an acting career in New York City straight out of high school. Those early years in the arts taught her the power of authentic expression—a foundation that continues to guide her work today. After shifting her focus, Sarah spent over a decade building a successful career in business affairs. Along the way, she honed her leadership skills, tackled complex challenges and developed a deep passion for fostering meaningful connections. She also led an Employee Resource Group focused on uplifting Hispanic, Latin and LatinX employees, amplifying diverse voices and creating spaces of belonging in the workplace. As a mother of two daughters, Sarah’s mission is personal: to help create a future without limits. She’s committed to showing her children—and others—that living with authenticity and purpose can open incredible doors. That mission led her to SPEAC Success, where she brings her energy, experience and heart to building community and supporting others in owning their voice. Sarah believes that effective, authentic communication unlocks true potential, and she’s passionate about helping others connect, grow and thrive.
