What We're Looking For
You don't need a degree for this role, though a background in communications or marketing is a definite plus. What matters most is that you're organized, detail-oriented and can communicate clearly — in writing and in person. Given that SPEAC Success is a communication training company, strong communication skills aren't just preferred here. They're essential.
You should be a self-starter who manages your time well without needing to be micromanaged. That said, we do meet weekly as a team and I stay informed on what's in progress, so transparency and follow-through matter a lot.

You'll need to be available for in-person meetings in the Stamford/Greenwich area, events across greater Fairfield County and occasional work in NYC. Some months may require more than 20 hours depending on what's on the calendar, and we'll communicate about that in advance.
