You know the person. Standing up front, reading their own bullet points out loud, while the room quietly checks out behind them. Word soup slides, a Microsoft font nobody chose on purpose, that 4:3 ratio that hasn't made sense since screens got wide. And usually, for good measure, every single bullet flying in from the side one at a time like it's 2003 and PowerPoint just discovered animation for the first time.


Don't be that person.


It's called a visual aid for a reason. But somewhere along the way people forgot what both of those words mean. Visual means images, graphics, something for the eyes.
