That's what this is. Some organizations start here directly. Others get here gradually, a workshop leads to 1:1 coaching for a few managers, which grows into ongoing support for the wider team. However you arrive, the role is the same: we become your go-to resource for communication and public speaking, on call as your team grows, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

How It Works
Ongoing support is structured as a monthly retainer, with a minimum 3-month commitment. That gives us enough time to build real momentum and gives you enough time to see the impact before deciding how to move forward.
Every engagement is built around your organization specifically. In practice, this often means being on site for a set number of hours each month, available to your employees as a coach and resource. Some organizations open this up to all employees, others keep it focused on managers and above, that's entirely your call.
Employees typically get access to book time directly, whether that's through a shared calendar or your own internal scheduling system, in 30 or 60 minute sessions to work through a communication challenge or prep for something specific coming up. Some organizations use these hours for 1:1 coaching, others for small group sessions, and many use a mix of both depending on what's needed that month.
What employees share in their sessions stays confidential, that's part of what makes the coaching actually work. But we don't leave you in the dark either. Each month, you'll get a report on the communication trends we're seeing across your team, along with recommendations for training or development based on what's coming up most. If a session ever surfaces something that needs to go to HR, we handle that too, with clear parameters set at the start of the engagement so everyone knows what stays confidential and what doesn't.
