What Training Looks Like

Each workshop blends interactive learning with personal storytelling to keep people engaged and make the content relatable.

Collaborative Design for a Truly Tailored Training

When you work with us, you’re not getting an off-the-shelf program. Our collaborative process is designed to shape a training program that creates meaningful engagement and strong outcomes for your team. We work together closely at each step to make sure the content, activities and flow align with your goals and support the experience you want your people to have.

Goals & Strategy Session

We start with a call, up to 60 minutes, to learn what you want this training to accomplish. This helps us clarify priorities, challenges and key focus areas right from the start.

Program Strategy Development

From there, we outline a high-level program strategy that breaks down the focus of each session. You’ll review it in a shared document and add comments or edits. If helpful, we can walk through everything on a 30 minute call.

Detailed Program Review

Once the strategy is aligned, we build a detailed agenda with timing, activities and core content. You can approve it asynchronously or during a brief review call. After approval, updates are only made if something unexpected comes up.

Content Creation

Using the approved agenda, we create the session content, interactive exercises, visual aids and any handouts or materials your team will need.

This process keeps us in lockstep from start to finish, so the workshop feels intentional, relevant and tailored to your people.

Workshops can be recorded for an additional fee.
